First of all, what is called "Graphic Facilitation" in some circles - essentially, I'll take a book of boring looking content, process the content, draw it out and make it look beautiful. It really helps people to absorb information when it's mixed with drawings. They say pictures are worth a thousand words, and I couldn't agree more.

Then there are images for printing on gifts and trucks and countless other applications. Like Indezi River Creamery, for example - I illustrated their range of products for a truck wrap on their delivery vehicles. Just a bit more special than your average stock photo with text overlay.
